Adello is document software. We do not collect, receive, hold or transfer money for anyone, and we are not a bank, payment provider, escrow or collection agent. Payments shown, recorded or receipted in Adello are records created by the business using it. Always confirm with your bank that money has actually arrived before treating an invoice as paid or releasing goods or services.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing in Adello, including tax names and rates, totals, templates, sample contracts, guides, videos or artificial intelligence suggestions, is financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Rules differ by country and change over time. Take advice from a qualified professional about your own situation.

3. Your inputs, your results

Adello works out totals from the figures, quantities, rates and settings that you or people acting for you enter. If those are wrong, the results will be wrong. You must check every document before sending, signing or relying on it.

artificial intelligence features can misunderstand instructions or produce mistakes. Nothing is carried out without your confirmation, and you are responsible for what you confirm.
