Terms of service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms apply when you create an account or use Adello. By using Adello you agree to them.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information, and only add teammates you trust with your business data.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Plans and payment
- New accounts can send their first quote or invoice free. Drafts are always free.
- To keep sending, subscribe monthly (₦2,500) or yearly (₦20,000), or the prices shown in the app at the time.
- Subscriptions renew for the same period unless you cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
Your content
You own your business data and documents. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Adello. You're responsible for the content of your documents, including prices, taxes and the terms you offer your clients. Adello calculates totals from the figures you enter but is not tax, legal or accounting advice.
Acceptable use
Don't use Adello for fraud, fake or misleading documents, spam, or anything illegal; don't try to access other people's data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk, and we'll tell you why where we can.
Availability
We work to keep Adello available and your data safe, and we back it up regularly, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. Export your data regularly if you rely on it for records.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Adello isn't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using Adello and export your data at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms. After an account ends we may delete its data after a reasonable period.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
